DR. ANDREA BURKHART
Dr. Andrea Burkhart completed both her undergraduate degree and DVM degree (2007) at Michigan State University. She has been with the Dexter Animal Clinic for the past two years and enjoys getting to know her patients and their families. She has a passion for client education, preventive and internal medicine. When not at work, Dr. Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and 3 pets and doing anything outdoors.
DR. KHALILA WILLIAMS-SPLETZER
Dr. Khalila Williams-Spletzer is a 2014 graduate of Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine. She then went on to do an internship at Purdue University and a specialty internship in cardiology at MedVet Cincinnati. Her interests include the diagnosis and management of cardiac and respiratory disease (including echocardiography) as well as surgery. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, daughter and 2 pups, Charlotte and Nebo.
Our veterinary team works together to provide the best care for your pet, at each and every visit. We often collaborate ideas and discuss challenging cases as a team and will liaise and refer to veterinary specialists where necessary.
We strive for excellent client care and case continuity – so please do tell us if you wish to see the same veterinarian at each visit.
